Surah Fatihah has uncountable spiritual and physical benefits; A person who recites Surah Al Fatihah is rewarded similar to reciting two-thirds of the complete Holy Quran.
Surah Fatihah Arabic Text
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ
Surah Fatihah English Translation
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds –
The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful,
Sovereign of the Day of Recompense.
It is You we worship and You we ask for help.
Guide us to the straight path –
The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
Surah Fatiha 
Surah Fatiha is a conversation between Allah and His slave. Whenever a person says Alhamd, Allah says my servant has praised me. If we study Surah Fatihah Ayat 1 Tafseer In Urdu we may be astonished to know that how meaningful is every single word of the Holy Quran. All the praises and thanks go to Allah that is Sustainer, Nourishes of all creations where ever and whenever they live.
